This conversation might seem a bit tired because who wants to hear anything about the so-called "Mommy Wars" ever again, but the WashPo has two pieces up that take a balanced view, throw in some good facts and seem to get to the crux of the matter, as far as I'm concerned.
The first is The Mommy War Machine which talks about how the media had ginned up the controversy for their own benefit, and the second is Leslie Morgan Steiner's blog post, titled Upsetting the Stay-at-Home Mommies, which has 388 comments.
