Wow, when you write it all down it is hard to believe it has been that long. I remember Dani's post (I know Dani IRL) a good one. I also remember coming to your site and getting to know you ladies, loving it. Then when Katrina happened you guys were right at the front lines. We even got coverage of you on our news up here. The stories that were shared on your site were incredible.

I have to admit that I don't head over to The Motherhood as much as I mean to, but looking at how you ladies pulled together many women to share is just incredible. Congratulations and keep it coming.

p.s will you be at BlogHer this year? I am actually going and would be remiss if I didn't try to stop and say hi.

BeachMama, you were there in the early days too!  I have such fond memories of our all conversations over the years!!!!  Thank you so much for your nice words and for being such a good friend!!!  And yes, we'll see each other at BlogHer - I'm so PSYCHED you're going to be there too!!!!!!!!  We must hang out together!

Jenjen @GottaLoveMom

Been gone for awhile and now a new look?
I'm kind of lost with the new look but I hope I can find everyone .
You guys keep finding new ways. Good-luck!

Jenjen, consider me your personal tour guide!  It is new on the outside, but all the goodness layered into the conversations over the years is there, and I hope hope hope you'll feel right at home!!!!  You are such a HUGE part of the community.  And it's spring - time for our Zen Walks!!

Aww, you got me all choked up reading your "through the years" review -- we've been friends for a long time now, eh? Funny, I still feel the way I did when I wrote that post. Some days are really hard, and on the worst days, there's my friends in the computer to hold my hand and help me find my sense of humour (and my sense of self!) again.

This is going to disintegrate into a lovefest any second now, but I simply must tell you how much I admire you two. You really taught me through Katrina, and then through the Motherhood and everything you've done since then, that if you can imagine it, you can make it come true. You two are truly beautiful inside and out, and the pleasure has been all mine to have been graced by your presence.

Over the top? Oh well. I'm okay with that! ;)

Awwww, Dani, now I'm tearing up. Your words mean the world. You, me and Cooper go way back and from those early days, you were one of THE voices on the web, getting right to the heart of things in your beautiful, thoughtful way. I feel so lucky to count you as a friend. xoxo

Yay! So happy to hear that I will meet you guys in person in NYC. One of my girlfriends talked me into buying a ticket, convincing me that I need to go to BlogHer. Now, I know for sure she was right. I look forward to August, not because it is close to the end of summer, but because I will get the chance to meet you both in person and please don't judge me if I get a little emotional.

BeachMama, Oh, I will be the first to get all mushy and emotional!!  I am so excited to see you and am thrilled you have such clever girlfriends!!!!  We are going to have such a BLAST!
